I have had awful experiences in the past which led to avoidance of dentists and then needing urgent care. From my 1st check up, to my filling today, Dr Aarti Parikh and Lauren have been incredible. The reception staff greet you and make you feel welcome, as do any of the staff that you see here. No judgement on my nervousness and made me feel at complete ease. I have been coming to this dental practice for years and would thoroughly recommend them. The staff are lovely and friendly; I normally see Sachin who always explains everything thoroughly, and gets to know you so you never feel like just the next patient. However, when I needed a difficult root canal recently, he recommended that Hitesh carried out the work. Hitesh was so reassuring, and despite being “in the chair” for well over an hour on occasions, he regularly checked that I was ok and wasn’t in any pain. The treatment ended up needing extra appointments at no extra cost, because Hitesh (with my agreement) wanted to make sure that the treatment was properly completed before fitting a crown. Seen both Ravi and Arti over the last 2 years - and they provide friendly and knowledgeable care from both alongside their friendly teams. I’ve previously been booked in easily for a quick emergency appointment and Arti recently fit me in for a hygiene appointment when I had to cancel my booked one so I didn’t have to wait. I never thought I'd be as comfortable attending appointments as I am now. I was incredible anxious with regards to having to have two root canals at the beginning of the summer. Hetash and Lucy have been amazing throughout my treatment to the point that having my crowns fitted yesterday I hardly gave it a thought having another trip to the dentist. Ravi removed a tooth in the Spring for me, again he was great. Everyone has been fantastic, thank you for your professionalism but especially thank you for your full explanations, consideration and empathy for a child that never grew up when it comes to the dentist!
